The Syrian Civil Project e.V. (SCP) is a registered non-profit association based in Bremen, Germany. We work at the intersection of diaspora engagement and grassroots action by connecting Syrians abroad with communities on the ground through funded projects, skills training, and cultural initiatives. Our work is independent, transparent, and anchored in one conviction: Syrians are the architects of their own future.

We envision an open, just, and united Syria beyond political, religious, and ethnic divides. We believe civil society is the strongest safeguard against authoritarianism, extremism, and external interference.
To empower Syrians inside Syria by training and accompanying youth and adults in vocational and artistic fields, and supporting locally-rooted development projects built by Syrians, for Syrians.
We fund and support grassroots projects inside Syria that build social stability and sustainable local development through trusted partnerships and accountable resource management.
Because knowledge is the foundation of lasting change, we organize educational programs for children, youth, and adults that cover literacy, language training, career guidance, and professional skill development.
We promote cultural expression and community resilience through exhibitions, theater, music, and artistic events, to celebrating Syria's diverse heritage and bringing people together.
We are fully independent and do not affiliate with any political party, movement, or agenda. Our only commitment is to the people we serve.
All funds are used exclusively for our association's statutory purposes. We document every project and welcome scrutiny. Accountability is not a requirement; it's a value.
Our members are volunteers who receive no financial benefit from the organization's funds. Donations go to our projects, with a fraction to the association's running costs.
